Актуальність. Фізична та реабілітаційна медицина — процес застосування комплексу реабілітаційних заходів, що передбачає профілактику, медичну діагностику, лікування та управління реабілітацією осіб усіх вікових груп зі станами здоров’я, що призводять до обмежень повсякденного функціонування, обмежень життєдіяльності та їх коморбідних станів. Фахівці з реабілітації — особи, які безпосередньо надають реабілітаційну допомогу, мають відповідну освіту, володіють відповідними професійними знаннями та навичками, а також залучені до безперервного професійного розвитку. Професіоналами з фізичної та реабілітаційної медицини є фахівці відповідної спеціальності. Мета: аналіз та узагальнення етапів розбудови, базових принципів фахової діяльності та актуальних проблем підвищення якості надання реабілітаційної допомоги у вітчизняній медичній практиці. Матеріали та методи. У рамках дослідження був проведений наукометричний аналіз фахової літератури електронних баз даних PubMed, Embase, Scopus та Web of Science, Cochrane Central. Дослідження виконане в межах наукової тематики кафедри педіатрії, неонатології та перинатальної медицини Буковинського державного медичного університету та НДР на тему «Хронобіологічні й адаптаційні аспекти та особливості вегетативної регуляції при патологічних станах у дітей різних вікових груп». Державний реєстраційний номер 0122U002245, термін виконання 01.01.2022–31.12.2026 р. Відповідно до мети дослідження використовувались такі методи: бібліосемантичний, системного підходу. Результати. У статті проаналізовано та узагальнено етапи розбудови, базові принципи фахової діяльності та актуальні проблеми підвищення якості надання реабілітаційної допомоги у вітчизняній медичній практиці. Висновки. Розробка ефективних методів та методик у реабілітаційній допомозі на засадах доказової медицини є актуальною проблемою вітчизняної галузі охорони здоров’я.

Background. Physical and rehabilitation medicine is the process of applying a set of rehabilitation measures that involves prevention, medical diagnosis, treatment and assisting management of individuals of all age groups with health conditions leading to limitations in daily functioning, restriction in vital activity and comorbid conditions. Rehabilitation professionals are people who directly provide rehabilitation care, possess appropriate level of education, adequate professional knowledge and skills, and are involved in continuing professional development. Physical and rehabilitation medicine professionals are physical medicine and rehabilitation doctors. Objective: to analyze and summarize the stages of development, basic principles of professional activity and current issues in improving the quality of rehabilitation care in Ukrainian medical practice. Material and methods. Scientometric analysis of professional literature from electronic databases PubMed, Embase, Scopus and Web of Science, Cochrane CENTRAL was conducted. The research is performed within the scope of the scientific study of the Department of Pediatrics, Neonatology and Perinatal Medicine of the Bukovinian State Medical University on the subject “Chronobiological and adaptive aspects and peculiarities of vegetative regulation with pathological conditions in children of various age groups”. State registration number is 0122U002245, the deadline: from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2026. In accordance with the purpose of the study, the following methods were used: bibliosemantic, systemic approach. Results. The article analyzes and summarizes the stages of development, basic principles of professional activity and current issues in improving the quality of rehabilitation care in Ukrainian medical practice. Conclusions. The development of effective methods and techniques in rehabilitation care based on evidence-based medicine is a pressing problem in the domestic healthcare sector.
