Резюме

Рак бiлiарного тракту (РБТ) є гетерогенною групою злоякiсних новоутворень, якi походять з епiтелiю жовчних проток i можуть локалiзуватися в рiзних вiддiлах жовчовивiдних шляхiв. Саркоматоїдна внутрiшньопечiнкова холангiокарцинома (сВХК) є надзвичайно рідкісним пiдтипом РБТ, що складається зi злоякiсних клiтин, які поєднують епiтелiальнi та мезенхiмальнi властивостi. На сьогоднi основною терапевтичною опцiєю сВХК є хiрургiчне лiкування. У цiй публiкацiї ми презентуємо результати обстеження та лiкування пацiєнтки з нерезектабельною формою сВХК та огляд сучасної лiтератури щодо наявних пiдходiв до лiкування цього захворювання.

Bile tract cancer is a heterogenic group of malignant neoplasms that originate from bile duct epithelial cells and can be located in different parts of the biliary tract. Sarcomatoid intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (S-iCCA) is an extremely rare subtype of bile tract cancer that composed of malignant cells, which combine epithelial and mesenchymal properties. Today, main therapeutic option for S-iCCA is surgical resection. In this article, we present the results of the examination and treatment of a female patient with an unresectable form of S-iCCA and a review of the current literature on existing approaches to the treatment of this disease.
